Cancellation & Change Policy
A minimum of eight-weeks is needed to plan an on-site event. Client needs to provide the screening order number, event location, date/time and site contact details at time of signing the contract. TotalWellness cannot guarantee dates/times for screening events that are scheduled during the months of September and October. If date and time have been reserved and client terminates event, cancellation fees will apply depending on how many days prior to the event TotalWellness receives the cancellation notice.
