Cancellation & Change Policy
If the weather is going to be so severe that we can't enjoy our time outdoors, we'll reschedule for the next available date. We can usually make that call no later than 72 hours in advance. Cancellation on the part of the client is dealt with on an individual basis; we'll usually write that into a contract and is usually contingent on how much we will need to invest in an adventure. For example, we have a lot more flexibility when we're providing transportation. If we are using a 3rd party who requires a non-refundable deposit, for example, that would impact our cancellation timeline. Factors like group size, the need for a permit, etc will impact this timeline as well.
