Cancellation & Change Policy
Cancellations made one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel 48 hours in advance, you will receive a partial refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be refunded. However, should you need to reschedule a tour with less than 48 hours' notice, we can accommodate with a rescheduling fee. For changes made more than 48 hours in advance, no fee will be charged.
