Cancellation & Change Policy
In case you need to reschedule an event, we kindly request notification no less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled commencement. Upon receiving your rescheduling request, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs by selecting a suitable alternative date and time. Please note that a rescheduling fee of $200 (USD) will be applicable. Events must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original booking date. For event cancellations, we require notification no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled start. A cancellation fee of $300 (USD) will be charged in such cases. Cancellation requests received less than 10 days before the event start date will result in a penalty fee amounting to 30% of the total event cost. Cancellations or rescheduling attempts in less than 7 business days before the start of your event do not include any refund or rescheduling opportunity. Reductions in event costs of up to 20% are allowed without incurring any penalty, if made no later than 7 business days before the event begins. If reductions are requested within less than 7 business days before the event, there will be no refund opportunity available. Reservations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
