Cancellation & Change Policy

As such, there is a firm no refund policy on events booked at Tipsy Tie Dye. If you cancel 7+ days in advance, we will reschedule your event within thirty (30) days, pending availability. If you cancel within seven (7) days of your scheduled event (including those events booked less than 7 days in advance), we will reschedule your event within the following thirty (30) days, but such changes will incur an additional $125 facility fee. Events cancelled less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled time will not have the option to reschedule and will forfeit the entire cost of the event. Private events under the above policies are permitted one (1) reschedule. Any additional cancellation, even if made within the time frames set out above will not have the option to reschedule and will forfeit the entire cost of the event. Private parties scheduled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date will be subject to the same policy written above. Tipsy Tie Dye reserves the right to cancel events for any reason. Registrants will be notified prior to the event’s start time and refunds will be processed accordingly.
